Foreversary policies
Refund & digital delivery
100% Free Service
Foreversary is a completely free online platform. You can create anniversary wishes and send thank-you replies without paying any fees or entering credit card details.
48-hour availability
Your private link is available for 48 hours from when your surprise is successfully created. Opening or sharing it does not restart this period. After 48 hours, the private link expires and the content is deleted by automated cleanup for your privacy. Your private thank-you link has its own 48-hour period from creation.
Customer Support
Because our platform is free, there are no recurring charges or payment billing disputes. If you experience technical difficulties generating or opening a free private link, our support team is available to assist you.
No physical shipping
Foreversary provides only a digital link. No physical goods are shipped.
