Foreversary policy
Shipping & digital delivery
Foreversary is a digital-only service. This policy explains when your free private link is created and confirms that no physical goods are shipped.
What is delivered
Creating a surprise generates one private Foreversary link containing the personalised celebration you created, including your messages, interactive cake, and any photo, song, or voice note you included — completely free of charge. A thank-you response similarly generates one free private thank-you link.
Delivery time and method
Foreversary is 100% free. Your private digital link is delivered instantly on-screen upon creating your surprise. The creator can copy or share it directly via WhatsApp, SMS, or any preferred app. No physical shipment, courier, tracking number, or fees apply.
Availability period
Your private link is available for 48 hours from when your surprise is successfully created. Opening or sharing it does not restart this period. After 48 hours, the private link expires and the content is deleted by automated cleanup for your privacy. Your private thank-you link has its own 48-hour period from creation.
Support & Assistance
If you encounter any issues accessing or sharing your free private link, email foreversarybusiness@outlook.com with the link and a description of the problem.
